How to Take Care of PU HTV Designs

Washing: Wash clothes inside out in cold water. Hand washing is best, but you can also use a gentle machine cycle.

Ironing: Don’t iron directly on the design. Use a thin cloth on top and keep the heat setting low. Avoid steam.

The shiny side (with the carrier sheet) should face down on the cutting mat.
The dull side (with the adhesive) faces up, so don’t forget to mirror your design in the software before cutting.

For applying the vinyl:

Set the temperature to 266℉–284℉ (130℃–140℃) for cotton or cotton-blend fabrics.
Use medium pressure and press for 8–12 seconds.
If the fabric is heat-sensitive, lower the temperature slightly and add 5 extra seconds.
